Jaibheem to Members,

MAASS General Body meeting was held at Perambur  on 29.1.23 with your good support and cooperation. There are 18 members were attended in the meeting. One new member Shri. B. Phaneendhra Rao have came from Urapakkam. We extend our sincere thanks to all members who have to given importance to the meeting and postponing their personal works.

The AGM has discussed and approved the following :

• Conducting of Founder’s Day program on 26.2.23 on the Occasion of our Founder President Shri KG Gopala Krishna Gari

2) Conducting of Free Seminar on Education and Employment.

3) Felicitation to Smt. K. B. Vandhana IPS, NIA Garu, recipient of President Award on Republic Day.

4) Felicitation to Medicos, PhD scholars, Recently who got appointed in State or Central Govt.

through competitive exams.

5) Approved Bit Notice, Students Enrollment Form, Members enrollment forms.

6) Decided to conduct village meetings.

7) MAASS Website address to be printed in all phamplets.

8) The re-registration of MAASS will be taken up after updating new By Laws. In this connection, an

executive meeting    will be called at the earlier.

9) Free Coaching class matter will be pending due to present premises is in 4th floor, which is not

suitable for us.

10) Mr. Ebenezer who does the maintenance of  MAASS webiste  attended the meeting and also

explained about  the importance of website.

11) It is also decided to conduct a Spl. meeting for MAASS Entrepreneurs. This will be organized by.

Shri. M. P.    Thirupalu ARO.

12) The committee requested all members to refer two unemployed graduate youth from our

community for the Awarness     program to be held on 26.2.23.

13) The committee has estimated the approximate expenditures Rs.70000/- ( Seventy thousand

only) for the above function  and decided to request the voluntary contribution from our

beloved   members as a token of payback to the society.

We also request our other members too to contribute to the Association to conduct Awareness programme on 26.02.23 and help to make grand success.

Members present in 29.2.23 have donated on the spot and promised as under:
